RETURNS/RETURN SHIPMENTS

For the return of mattresses, please contact us by telephone so that we can organize the collection.

If you do not like the mattress, collection from the German mainland is free of charge. The mattress collection from a German island and from Austria costs 119.00 € / piece. Also in the case of a return from Switzerland, other EU countries and non-EU countries of e.g. pillows, duvets etc. we ask our customers to also arrange the return themselves and at their own expense.

You can return all other goods at any time without giving reasons as long as the goods show no signs of use.
