Refund policy
All goods can be returned within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period after receipt without stating any reason, provided the items show no signs of use. For mattresses, we offer an extended return policy of 30 nights after delivery.
To return items, please identify your order via this link. Select the order and mark the products you wish to return. Then submit the return request with one click. We will approve the return within 2 business days – you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link to print the return label.
Mattresses are collected by Hermes; you do not need to print a label or package the mattresses. In case of dissatisfaction, mattress pickup from mainland Germany is free of charge. Mattress collection from German islands and from Austria costs €119.00 per item. From Switzerland, other EU countries, and non-EU countries, we ask customers to arrange the return themselves at their own expense; refunds are issued directly after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
We cover the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note that hygiene products (with the exception of mattresses, which are explicitly intended to be tested) must not be used if you wish to return them later. If used hygiene products or items showing signs of use are returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and a refund for such used products is not possible.
