You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days of receipt of the products without giving a reason. Please notify us, and we will reimburse all payments we have received.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, and have confirmed that they are in undamaged, unopened and unused, good condition.

Boxspring beds and headboards are custom made to order. The complete process can to custom build a bed, or to custom make other products, can take 8-12 weeks plus shipping time. As these products are made to order, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed, and beds cannot be returned. Please note that all payments are due immediately with placing the order - even if you pay via invoice.

ATTENTION: Our products are hygiene products; you have a right to absolutely faultless, brand new goods. This implies that we can no longer bring used returns into circulation again. You can thus return products if, for example, you ordered the wrong size; if not stated otherwise though, you CANNOT return them if you have used the product - including, for example, putting sheets on the products, leaving lint or dust. Please return products only completely unused and in the original packaging.

You must return the goods immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. Please also note our terms and conditions for cancellation for further details on the return process, and please contact us to such that administration runs smoothly.
